Chang Howang is a Photojournalist for KTVE NBC10 News and KARD FOX14 News at Nine. Chang has several years of television photography experience. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, with a degree in Radio, Television and Film. He received an internship at CNN in Atlanta, before joining KTVE/KARD. In his spare time, Chang can be found on one of the many golf courses in the Ark-La-Miss. Chang is married with two small children.
