Phillip Duckworth is the Assignments Manager for NBC10 and FOX14 news.

Born in Delhi, Louisiana, Phil grew up as a military dependent stationed throughout the United States as well as overseas. He graduated from Heidelberg American High School in Heidelberg, Germany.

A graduate of Northeast Louisiana University with a degree in Radio and TV production, Phillip joined KTVE in 1993 as a Tape Editor. He moved up to news photographer and was later promoted to Chief Photographer. In February 2004, he accepted the position of Assignments Manager.

Phil is an active member of College Place Baptist Church in Monroe and plays bass and guitar for their contemporary service. He also enjoys still photography and building and flying radio controlled airplanes.

Phil is married with two children.
